Online Entry:

  • Enter a registered Nigerian mobile number (MTN, Glo, Airtel, 9Mobile supported).
  • Make payments using online methods or USSD.
  • Players are responsible for transaction costs; a confirmation SMS is sent upon approved payment.

USSD Entry:

  • Dial *347*639#, select desired number of tickets, then pay via USSD or bank transfer.
  • A confirmation SMS is sent upon approved payment.

  • Entry Fee: ₦500 per entry, with a default maximum of 18 entries per draw.
  • Draws: Scheduled during selected radio shows, with randomized winners chosen. Entry deadline is 30 seconds before the draw starts.
  • Eligibility: Players must use a Nigerian mobile number and be 18 or older. Exclusions include Super 96.3 FM employees, their partners, and certain contractors.
  • Bet Validity: Bets are valid only if recorded in Super 96.3 FM’s system. Late entries are rolled over to the next draw. Technical issues may delay processing, but deposits are held for the next available draw.

  • Automatic Payment: Prizes up to ₦100,000 are deposited directly into the player’s bank account. Prizes ≥₦100,000 require in-person claims at Super 96.3 FM’s office.
  • Claim Period: Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the draw, or within 7 additional days if pre-notified. Unclaimed prizes are forfeited after 3 months.
  • Validation: Bets must pass Super 96.3 FM’s validation checks. Invalid bets (e.g., fraudulent, underage) are void, and prizes may be withheld or recovered.
  • Claim Process: Use account, call Customer Care (8:00 AM–8:00 PM Mon–Sat, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Sun), or visit the office (9:00 AM–5:30 PM Mon–Thu, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Fri). Provide identification (NIN, Driver’s License, Passport, Voter’s Card) and a Prize Claim Form.

  • Safeguard ticket numbers and identification information.
  • Verify station selection and prize amounts.
  • Pay applicable taxes, which are deducted and remitted by Super 96.3 FM.

  • Draws use a Random Number Generator.
  • Winners are contacted via SMS and a call from the radio partner for testimonials.
  • Jackpot draws may be held with partnered stations.
  • Super 96.3 FM strives for accurate result publication but is not liable for errors.

  • Liability: Super 96.3 FM is not liable for losses beyond prize non-payment, including technical failures or events beyond control (e.g., network issues, natural disasters).
  • Disputes: Super 96.3 FM’s decisions are final.
  • Privacy: Players consent to data use for game administration and promotion, including publicizing winners’ details for up to 36 months.
  • Changes: Rules may be amended, effective upon publication or notification.
